1. About Linkndo
Linkndo is a service-matching platform that connects customers (homeowners and businesses) with local service providers (experts in categories like plumbing, roofing, remodeling, HVAC, landscaping, and more).

2. Free for Customers
Customers can register, post job requests, and communicate with service providers completely free of charge. We do not take any commission or fee from customers.

3. Subscription for Service Providers
Service providers must purchase a subscription starting at $19/month to view and apply to jobs. The subscription provides access to customer leads based on ZIP code. Subscriptions are non-transferable and subject to the plan’s terms.

4. Direct Communication
Customers and service providers communicate directly through phone, email, or other external channels. Linkndo does not monitor or interfere with these conversations.

5. No Involvement in Transactions
All job agreements, scheduling, payments, and service discussions are handled directly between the customer and service provider. Linkndo is not responsible for any outcomes or disputes.

6. User Conduct
All users agree to act respectfully and lawfully. Any misuse, fraud, spam, or abusive behavior may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

7. Platform Content
All content on Linkndo, including text, branding, code, and design, is owned or licensed by us. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute any materials without permission.

8. Account Termination
Linkndo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for behavior that negatively affects other users or the platform.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the latest version.
